Questions brand owners ask us first.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Low MOQ laminated pouches: MOQ varies by size/application, with standard DGS rate-card options for selected categories. Flexo: 100 kg for standard eligible structures. Rotogravure: 300 kg for standard eligible structures. Mono cartons: MOQ depends on size, board, printing and product category. Labels: minimum 1,000 pcs. Corrugated: small 1,000 pcs, medium 500 pcs, big/heavy 200 pcs, special structures subject to quotation. Premium / gift boxes: minimum 200 pcs.
Do you provide the dieline?
Yes. Once size and format are confirmed we issue a print-ready dieline for your designer, at no cost.
Can you adapt artwork we already have?
Yes. DGS can adapt client-provided artwork and place client-approved content on the dieline, subject to technical review. Responsibility for the accuracy of statutory and product declarations remains with the brand owner. In-house design support: master packaging design ₹2,500 per product; additional variants or adaptations from an approved master design ₹1,000 each.
How long does production take?
Standard products 8–10 working days. Flexo 15–20 working days. Rotogravure 25–35 working days. Lead time begins after final specification, artwork approval and the required advance / payment.
What are your payment terms?
60% advance with confirmed order. Remaining 40% payable once the order is ready, before / at delivery as applicable. Tooling charges — plates, cylinders and dies — are payable 100% in advance. Payments are currently accepted offline through UPI and bank transfer.
How long is a quotation valid, and what GST applies?
Quotations are valid for 15 days. GST is applied by category: 18% on pouches, mono cartons, labels and premium / gift boxes; 5% on corrugated boxes.
How quickly will you respond?
We aim to respond to enquiries and quotation requests within 24 hours.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We dispatch pan-India with tracking, and can deliver to multiple locations from a single order.
Will I see a sample before bulk production?
You approve a PDF proof and, where applicable, a digital print proof before production. Physical samples are available on a chargeable basis, subject to product/category availability.
