FAQ
Questions brand owners ask us first.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the format. Digitally printed pouches start at 500 pieces, mono cartons and labels at 1,000, corrugated boxes and rigid gift boxes at 100.
Do you provide the dieline?
Yes. Once size and format are confirmed we issue a print-ready dieline for your designer, at no cost.
Can you adapt artwork we already have?
Yes. Our team can adapt existing artwork to the correct dieline, add statutory content and prepare press-ready files.
How long does production take?
Typically 6–12 working days for corrugated, 7–18 for pouches depending on print method, and 12–22 for rigid gift boxes.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We dispatch pan-India with tracking, and can deliver to multiple locations from a single order.
Will I see a sample before bulk production?
You always approve a digital proof. Physical samples are available on most formats, and are recommended for premium and rigid boxes.
