Refund & cancellation policy

Custom manufacturing

All packaging supplied by DGS Packaging is manufactured to your specification and artwork. Such goods cannot be resold, so cancellations and returns are limited as set out below.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without charge before artwork approval, less any tooling, cylinder or die charges already incurred.

Once material has been procured or production has begun, cancellation is not possible and the order value becomes payable.

Replacement for manufacturing defects

If goods are defective against the approved proof — incorrect print, seal failure, or dimensions outside tolerance — report it within 7 days of delivery with photographs and retained samples.

Verified manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge, or credited if replacement is not practical. Quantity variation within ±10% and minor colour variation within commercial tolerance are not treated as defects.

Refunds
