Shipping & delivery

Lead times
Standard products: 8–10 working days. Flexo printed packaging: 15–20 working days. Rotogravure printed packaging: 25–35 working days.
Lead time begins after final specification, artwork approval and the required advance / payment.
Dispatch and freight
We dispatch pan-India through reputed transporters and courier partners. Freight is charged at actuals unless the quotation states delivery-inclusive pricing.
Tracking details are shared on dispatch. Multi-location deliveries from a single order can be arranged.
Receipt and transit damage
Please inspect consignments at the time of delivery and record any damage or shortage on the transporter's delivery document.
Transit damage or shortage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs / video and delivery documentation where applicable.
