Lead times

Indicative production lead times are 6–12 working days for corrugated boxes, 5–10 for labels, 8–15 for mono cartons, 7–18 for pouches depending on print method, and 12–22 for rigid gift boxes.

Lead time is counted from the date of artwork approval and receipt of advance payment, not from enquiry date.

Dispatch and freight

We dispatch pan-India through reputed transporters and courier partners. Freight is charged at actuals unless the quotation states delivery-inclusive pricing.

Tracking details are shared on dispatch. Multi-location deliveries from a single order can be arranged.

Receipt and transit damage

Please inspect consignments at the time of delivery. Any transit damage or shortage must be recorded on the transporter's delivery document and reported to us within 48 hours with photographs.
