Quotations and estimates

Prices shown by the online estimator are indicative only and are never a final binding quotation. Website estimates are indicative only and are not a final binding quotation. The final quotation follows specification review.

Formal quotations are valid for 15 days and are subject to confirmation of final specification, artwork and delivery location. Raw material price movement may require re-quotation on orders placed after quotation validity.

Artwork, proofs and approval

Before production DGS may provide a PDF proof and a digital print proof for your approval as applicable. Final production proceeds after the required approval.

You are responsible for the accuracy of content, statutory declarations, barcodes and legal marks in the approved artwork. DGS does not legally validate statutory declarations.

Changes requested after approval may attract additional tooling and setup charges.

Design service

In-house design support: master packaging design ₹2,500 per product; additional variants or adaptations from an approved master design ₹1,000 each.

If you supply artwork, DGS can provide or adapt the required dieline and print-ready setup subject to technical review.

Quantity and colour tolerance

A quantity variation of up to ±10% may apply to custom production, with the actual supplied quantity billed where applicable.

Minor colour variation between print runs is inherent to the process. We match to the approved proof within accepted commercial tolerance.

Payment

60% advance with confirmed order. Remaining 40% payable once the order is ready, before / at delivery as applicable.

Tooling charges — plates, cylinders and dies — are payable 100% in advance.

Payments are currently accepted offline through UPI and bank transfer. Online checkout is not offered at present.

All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is applied by category: 18% on pouches, mono cartons, labels and premium / gift boxes; 5% on corrugated boxes.

Lead times

Standard products 8–10 working days. Flexo printed packaging 15–20 working days. Rotogravure printed packaging 25–35 working days. Lead time begins after final specification, artwork approval and the required advance / payment.

Samples

Physical samples are available on a chargeable basis, subject to product/category availability.

Defects, transit damage and confidentiality

For an accepted manufacturing defect, DGS's standard remedy is replacement of the affected packaging, subject to inspection, agreed specifications and applicable law.

Transit damage or shortage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs / video and delivery documentation where applicable.

NDA can be signed on request. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory legal rights.
