Quotations and estimates
Prices shown by the online estimator are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. Formal quotations are valid for 15 days and are subject to confirmation of final specification, artwork and delivery location.
Raw material price movement may require re-quotation on orders placed after quotation validity.
Artwork approval
Production begins only after you approve the digital proof and dieline in writing. You are responsible for the accuracy of content, statutory declarations, barcodes and legal marks in the approved artwork.
Changes requested after approval may attract additional tooling and setup charges.
Quantity and colour tolerance
Industry-standard tolerance of ±10% on delivered quantity applies to printed and converted packaging, and is billed as supplied.
Minor colour variation between print runs is inherent to the process. We match to the approved proof within accepted commercial tolerance.
Payment
Standard terms are an advance against order confirmation with the balance payable before dispatch, unless separately agreed in writing. Tooling, cylinder and die charges are payable in advance.
All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
