CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS Duplex Corrugated Box — printed duplex face laminated to corrugated board for extra rigidity. ITC 350 GSM Box — smooth premium board with excellent print reproduction. Duplex 400 GSM Box — economical high-GSM duplex construction. PRICE & MOQ Standard MOQ is 4,000 pcs. Rates are per box, exclusive of 18% GST, freight extra. Rates listed are indicative and are never interpolated between constructions. PRINTING & FINISHING Outside box and inside tray are printed with lamination as per the selected specification, in gloss or matte. Optional premium finishing: Spot UV, Foiling and Drip-Off UV. ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS Supply print-ready artwork in CDR, AI, PDF or PSD with fonts converted to curves, CMYK colours and 3 mm bleed. DGS can provide or adapt the dieline and print-ready setup subject to technical review. Design service: Master Packaging Design ₹2,500; additional design variants ₹1,000 each. Up to 2 design options are supported on this product. DELIVERY & PAYMENT 60% advance with the order, 40% when the order is ready / before delivery. Dies and tooling are charged 100% in advance where applicable. Quotation validity 15 days. Quantity tolerance ±10% where applicable to custom production. Pan-India delivery; freight charged extra.
