Flexo Printed Pouches
Plate-based printing with strong solid-colour reproduction on films and paper laminates. The standard DGS flexo rate model applies to printed roll form, centre-seal, three-side-seal and stand-up pouches without zip.

Base reference selling rate approximately ₹385/kg + GST. Plate cost approximately ₹3,000–₹3,500 per colour, depending on specification. Special constructions such as zip-lock, spout and other special pouch formats are priced separately, normally on a per-piece basis.
