Cylinder-based premium bulk printing that delivers the sharpest images and deepest solids. The standard DGS rotogravure rate model applies to printed roll form, centre-seal, three-side-seal and stand-up pouches without zip.

Base reference selling rate approximately ₹300/kg + GST. Cylinder cost approximately ₹6,500–₹12,000 per colour/cylinder, depending on cylinder size and specification. Zip-lock, spout and other special constructions must be priced separately, generally on a per-piece basis.

Optional example: Certain rotogravure zip-lock projects can be feasible from around 35,000 pieces depending on pouch size, material, number of designs and cylinder requirement. Subject to specification.
