AVAILABLE SIZES 10 g · 62 × 23 × 95 mm 50 g · 75 × 30 × 116 mm 100 g · 85 × 30 × 134 mm 200 g · 100 × 35 × 155 mm DUPLEX VS PREMIUM ITC High Quality Duplex — economical commercial option, suitable for regular spice carton applications, GSM varies by pack size, lower starting rate. Premium Virgin White ITC Board — premium white board appearance, stronger premium shelf presentation, smooth high-quality print surface, suitable for premium spice brands. PRICE & MOQ Each pack size is quoted at its standard rate-card quantity. Each design is normally planned at a minimum of 2,000 pcs within the listed total order quantity. Rates are never interpolated for other quantities. PRINTING & FINISHING Offset printing with Gloss Lamination, Matte Lamination, Spot UV and Foiling available. Finishing charges are confirmed according to artwork and print specification. ARTWORK & DIELINE If you have artwork, DGS can provide or adapt the required dieline and print-ready setup, subject to technical review. If you need DGS design service: Master Packaging Design ₹2,500 per product; additional design adaptation / variant ₹1,000 each. DELIVERY & PAYMENT Payment 60% advance and 40% when the order is ready / before delivery. Die and tooling charges 100% advance. Quotation validity 15 days. Lead time 8–10 working days after artwork approval and required advance. Freight extra, Pan-India delivery available. Quantity tolerance ±10% where applicable to custom production.
